Rankings and predictions are derived entirely from current-season, in-game data -- not polls, committee input, or preseason assumptions.
3. Intellectual Property
The application itself, the specific ranking formulas (PASS, PASS+, sTem, tWin%), the visual design, and the composite output of this Site are proprietary to the Site owner. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of this application or its output is prohibited without prior written permission.
Team names, logos, and other third-party marks displayed on this Site are sourced from third-party providers (including sportslogos.net and CFBD) and remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement of this Site by any team, conference, or organization.
4. No Warranty / Accuracy Disclaimer
Statistics, rankings, and predictions are provided "as is," for informational and entertainment purposes only. While this Site aims for accuracy, game data, statistics, and derived rankings may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and no guarantee is made as to their completeness or accuracy.
